demo preview

Gene Adnew is the youngest horse in the soap stable and through his productions and remixes not unknown in the electronic music scene. With "Beats for Breakfast" Now he released his first album, with tracks by him, his Israeli friend Itai Biri, the Romanians Alex Depp and Daniel Pscheid from Bavaria. The 15 tracks are all driven by a deep groove that is either encouraged to dance or listen and enjoy: The opening track, "Sleepless Sibiu", produces by gene together with Alex Deep and named after his hometown, impresses with positive melancholy, gloomy but not negative intensity and deepness that you get to hear so very often. In contrast, "Time to go back" a fluffy deep house number that can be played in the club, as well on open air parties. The driving sound, the hypnotic vocals times for lots of dancing. "Chemical Swing" is perhaps the number with the strongest driving force of the album, the grooves gently but dominant, so that one does not manage not to move any body part to the sounds of the track. All in all, the young Israeli managed an album that you could not wait in the mold. His productions sound like an adult and as if he were in business for ages. The mixture of driving sound, warm, mellow tones are found only rarely united on one album. Anyone who loves electronic music will love this album. Gene is an impressive example that in "the white city by the sea", such as Tel Aviv is named, not only artists to Gel Abril is showing the world that Israel is home to outstanding artists from the electronic music genre.
